Halton steam extraction canopies

Halton steam extraction canopies have been specially designed to capture, condense, and remove steam produced by industrial dishwashers and cooking pots, and for locations where grease filtration is not the main requirement.

Extraction filter units are available for light cooking, steamers, kettles, and low-heat applications.


Cyclo-maze canopies

These advanced units are designed for heavy-grease applications in restaurants, hotels, fast food outlets, and institutions. The difference between this and the MX range is that the extraction plenum with removable cartridge is replaced by a plenum incorporating integral cold water mist and hot water wash / detergent automatic wash-down system.
