According to Limor Oren-Mizrahi, manager of operations for the chain, with the new ventilation system, the restaurants' air-conditioning and ventilation system was upgraded 10 folds and the restaurant is now saving 20% on energy. More over, due mainly to the improved indoor environment, the turnover of the restaurant is up 25%. It was only natural, then, that Air-C-Tech was again contracted by Giraffe to install Capture Jet hoods in Giraffe's new restaurant due to be opened in early 2010 in Rishon Le Zion. « Back | Print page |

Giraffe is an Asian style chain restaurant in Israel. On March 2009 Air-C-Tech Ltd. was contracted by Giraffe's Herzeliya branch in order to renovate the restaurant's ventilation system. Three Halton's Capture Jet hoods (KVI, KVF) were installed in the main kitchen and in the show kitchen. Exhaust air volumes were reduced from 12,000 cfm prior to renovation to 6,400 cfm.
